Stefani is a Creative Producer working at the intersection of brand, culture, and storytelling—bringing ideas to life across entertainment, the outdoors, and real-world narratives.

With a foundation in large-scale production and experience spanning both above-the-line and below-the-line, she has led projects ranging from micro-budget creative to multi-million dollar campaigns. Her work is grounded in the belief that big ideas are only as strong as their execution—where vision and logistics operate seamlessly together.

Stefani has produced across branded content, partnerships, live events, and editorial-style productions, with experience supporting campaigns or projects for platforms, organizations, and people including Netflix, HBO Max, The North Face, Mountainfilm, @pattiegonia, Netflix Is A Joke and @outwild.co. Her work spans everything from field and event production to talent-driven projects and large-scale cultural moments.

A true hybrid of creative and operator, she brings a sharp eye for visual storytelling—concepting and directing photoshoots, developing moodboards, and shaping creative from early idea through final execution.

She is especially drawn to real-world storytelling. This interest has led her to support and develop documentary work, including joining as a Producer on a feature-length project currently filming across the U.S. and internationally.

Across all mediums, she is motivated by stories that reflect perspective, human experience, and a strong sense of place.

Outside of client work, Stefani continues to explore creative direction through personal projects, drawing inspiration from travel, nature, and the outdoor community—bringing a grounded, human lens to everything she creates.
