Stefani Morones is a seasoned Creative Producer —bringing ideas to life across entertainment, the outdoors, and real-world narratives.

With a background spanning both above-the-line and below-the-line production, she has led projects from micro-budget creative to multi-million dollar campaigns. Her approach is rooted in the belief that strong ideas depend on strong execution, where vision and logistics move in sync.

She has produced across branded content, partnerships, live events, and editorial-style work for Netflix, HBO Max, The North Face, Mountainfilm, Professional Climber Jordan Cannon, @pattiegonia, and Outwild. Her experience spans field and event production, talent-driven shoots, and large-scale streaming campaigns, with a hands-on role from concept through final delivery.

Her live event and experiential work includes award shows, branded activations, touring productions, and multi-day retreats. From supporting productions like the Producers Guild Awards to helping bring The North Face Summer of Pride events to life across multiple cities, she’s known for bringing calm, structure, and creative problem-solving to fast-moving environments.

Stefani has also led production coordination for executive-facing events and brand experiences—managing vendors, logistics, schedules, talent, and guest experience to ensure seamless execution behind the scenes. Whether working with stakeholders in Hollywood, coordinating logistics from an onsen in Japan, or supporting events with limited cell service near a National Park, she thrives in collaborative environments that require adaptability and resourcefulness.

She is especially drawn to real-world storytelling, which has led her toward documentary work, including serving as a Producer on a feature-length project currently filming in the U.S. and internationally.

Outside of client work, she continues exploring creative direction through personal projects inspired by travel and the outdoor community—bringing a grounded, human lens to everything she creates.
